Latex returns: contact the owner first

If you would like to return a latex item, message the owner at uwu@nuskuwu.com or through our Contact page before sending anything back. Returns require the owner’s confirmation; latex items are not covered by an automatic 14-day return policy.

Made-to-order items

For hygiene and production reasons, made-to-order items remain final sale.

Sizing and other questions

We’re happy to help with sizing before you order. For questions about other products or an issue with an order, contact the owner.
