For made-to-order pieces: please message us first to agree on sizing, color and any special requests. Then enter your measurements and agreed notes on the product page, add the item to your cart, and review the details before checkout.
Please include waist, hips and height, plus bust for a dress, and specify inches or centimeters. The product-page boxes save details with your item when you add it to the cart; typing there does not send us a separate message.
Already ordered? Email us with your order number and any details you would like us to check.
The shop owner personally replies within 2–4 hours (Mon–Fri), and 6–8 hours on weekends.
