South Korea Returns — Latex & Custom Items

This policy applies to eligible latex and made-to-order goods delivered to South Korea. It explains the South Korean cancellation rights in our full refund policy. Non-latex goods have a separate voluntary return policy shown there.

7-day cancellation window

Where South Korean distance-selling rules apply, you may cancel an eligible purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods or the required contract information, whichever is later. Send a clear cancellation notice to uwu@nuskuwu.com with your order number. Statutory cancellation does not require our approval.

Condition and returning your item

You may open packaging to inspect the goods; inspection alone does not remove your rights. This does not create a general right to return worn or damaged goods. Please contact us for the return address and instructions, then return by mail to the United States. For a change of mind, you arrange the return label and pay return postage. We charge no restocking or cancellation fee.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned goods arrive, in accordance with the applicable cancellation rules. Payment-provider posting times may vary.

Personalized goods and problems with an order

Goods genuinely made to your personal measurements or specifications are final sale only where the law permits that exception. A standard item is not exempt simply because it is made after you order. Mandatory cancellation rights and remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect goods take priority. Buyer-paid change-of-mind postage does not apply where we are legally responsible for return costs. Automatic exchanges are not offered.
