Israel Returns — Latex & Custom Items

This policy applies to eligible latex and made-to-order goods delivered to Israel. It explains the Israeli cancellation rights in our full refund policy. Non-latex goods have a separate voluntary return policy shown there.

14-day cancellation window

Where Israeli distance-selling rules apply, you may cancel an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods or the required disclosure, whichever is later. Any longer statutory period for eligible customers remains available. Email a clear cancellation notice and your order number to uwu@nuskuwu.com. Statutory cancellation does not require our approval.

Condition and returning your item

Please contact us for the return address and instructions, and return by mail to the United States. For a change of mind, you arrange the return label and pay return postage. We charge no restocking or cancellation fee. Keep the item in good condition; mandatory rights concerning inspection and any limits on deductions remain unaffected.

Refunds

Statutory refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation notice. Payment-provider posting times may vary. Any mandatory right to a refund of the standard outbound delivery charge is preserved.

Personalized goods and problems with an order

Genuinely personalized goods are final sale only to the extent permitted by law. Custom orders retain any applicable right to cancel before production, including the initial statutory cancellation period. A standard item is not exempt simply because it is made after you order. Mandatory rights for damaged, defective or incorrect goods take priority. Buyer-paid change-of-mind postage does not apply where we are legally responsible for return costs. Automatic exchanges are not offered.
